IOG Global began with our CEO and Founder, Shannon Lindsay, whose decades of experience in the industry exposed a widening gap between business demands and available talent. Determined to create a more dependable and transparent model, Shannon built the business around a simple but powerful promise, we build Australian-managed high-performance offshore teams with ongoing leadership mentoring and operational oversight. By anchoring specialised global talent within Australian-led processes, IOG is designed to become a true extension of your own team.
